Our goal is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. In the unlikely case that you need to return an item, all items must be in new, resell-able condition and the item has not been installed. Please save all of the original packaging materials, including the pallet if your item was shipped on one. You may return an item within 14 days for a full refund or exchange for another item. Any items shipped back will be the responsibility of the customer for shipping charges and possible restocking charges. Each manufacturer has their own policy. We will let you know beforehand. If you would like to exchange for another item, we can possibly in some situations reduce some or all of the shipping charges.
Damages do happen from time to time. However all of our orders ship 100% fully insured against shipping damage and manufacturer defects. If an item arrives damaged do not accept it and note the damage on the delivery receipt. Please take pictures of the damage. This will help to expedite the process as all manufacturers simply want to see what went wrong. Once we are notified of damage, we will have a replacement item shipped out to you immediately. Please inspect everything within 48 hours which will make it easier just in case there is a problem and we need to contact the manufacturer for assistance.
If you can't inspect everything before accepting the delivery, don't worry you are still covered if there is damage. We just ask that you note on the delivery receipt that the delivery carrier would not allow you to inspect everything. Examine and document the condition of the boxes, and then report any damage or problems back to us within 24 hours. Please keep all original packing and any pallets that were part of the delivery.
