Extensive clinical research has shown that extending the height of a chair to 23" can provide up to 200% greater ease in standing and sitting, and a similar reduction in stress on your knees, hips, and joints. This corner shower stool is ideal for all adults, not just seniors and mobility impaired. The standard leg levelers provide added stability to assure that the stoshower chair will remain flat with the surface of your shower or patio. An included utility shelf provides additional storage and easy access for your toiletries, or other essential items. Teak is naturally water, mold, and mildew resistant due to its natural density and high oil content. It has been the wood of choice for hundreds of years of luxury boat builders. This natural resistance has been supplemented by using our proprietary DecoTeak stain which is a deep penetrating stain with added mold, mildew, and fungus inhibitors. It provides the ability for this teak furniture to be used outdoors as well as indoors.
